Zusammenfassung

Ageas Insurance Ltd is seeking a Pricing Manager (Data) to design, deliver and develop pricing data products. You will partner with Data and Pricing teams to consolidate data across heritage systems and ensure reliable outputs for trading reports, MI, retail and risk modelling.

You will lead pricing analysts, manage timelines, and develop team capability, while maintaining accuracy and clear communication of findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an analytical role with knowledge of UK Motor and Home insurance markets.
• Degree-level education or equivalent with strong numeracy.
• Broad understanding of insurance data and products and how to interpret them.
• Strong experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or similar data platform.
• Advanced SQL capability; Python knowledge beneficial.
• Knowledge of pricing reporting practices and modelling techniques.
• Analytical and data visualisation skills; Tableau or Power BI is beneficial.
• Excellent leadership and prioritisation skills with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead design of pricing data products in Databricks, from reports to modelling.
• Define requirements and build standards with data teams, consolidating data across systems.
• Manage testing and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Own day-to-day pricing data processes and output tables for the Pricing team.
• Lead development of pricing processes by introducing new data sources.
• Develop pricing analysts and provide growth opportunities to junior colleagues.
• Plan workload for you and reports, ensuring knowledge-sharing and handovers.
