Job summary

Ageas UK is seeking a Pricing Manager (Data) to lead the design and delivery of pricing data products, leveraging Databricks and other data platforms. You will manage analysts, define data standards, and ensure high-quality outputs for pricing decisions across heritage and acquired businesses.

The role combines hands-on data work with leadership, reporting to the Pricing Transformation team, and requires strong collaboration with Data teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent with strong numeracy.
• Experience in pricing data and reporting.
• Experience with pricing data products and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of pricing data products in Databricks.
• Collaborate with Data teams to define requirements and standards.
• Own day-to-day pricing data processes and ensure timely output.
• Manage and develop pricing analysts.
• Plan and prioritise workloads and mentor juniors.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of analyses produced.
