Job summary

Ageas Insurance Ltd. in the UK is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst (Analytics) to join our Pricing Transformation team and help build analytical capabilities to support pricing decisions.

You will develop and maintain a high-performing Tableau and Databricks dashboarding estate, translating reporting needs into reliable insights for trading, analysis and decision-making across the UK Motor and Home lines. Collaboration with Pricing squads and stakeholders across the business is essential, as is

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent with strong numeracy.
• Broad knowledge of insurance data and products.
• Strong analytics and data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in Databricks; experience with Snowflake or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Pricing Tableau and Databricks estate for trading performance and in-depth analysis.
• Partner with Pricing squads to understand visualization needs and develop dashboards.
• Maintain data sources behind dashboards ensuring accuracy and currency.
• Explore analytics techniques, including automated alerting and AI practices to improve pricing.
• Identify opportunities or concerns and raise with Project Manager or Pricing teams.
• Support development of Pricing processes by introducing new data sources.
• Manage workload and share knowledge for smooth handovers.
• Communicate findings clearly and produce concise reports.
• Engage with stakeholders across Ageas and esure Pricing teams.
