Ageas is seeking a Pricing Manager (Data) to transform complex data into trusted pricing products. You will lead the design and delivery of pricing data assets, coordinating with Data and Pricing teams across heritage systems.

You will manage analysts, prioritise work, and ensure high-quality analyses for smarter pricing decisions, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement across UK offices.

Competenze

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience; strong numeracy.
• Analytical experience in pricing or data analytics in insurance.
• Strong leadership and prioritisation with the ability to manage analysts.
• Experience with pricing data products and data platforms.
• Advanced SQL; Python knowledge advantageous.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Mansioni

• Lead the design of pricing data products in Databricks and develop pricing reports.
• Partner with Data teams to define requirements and consolidate data across systems.
• Manage testing, reconciliation and data quality of products.
• Own day-to-day pricing data processes and ensure timely outputs for the Pricing team.
• Develop pricing processes by introducing new internal and external data sources.
• Lead and develop pricing analysts, fostering skill growth and knowledge sharing.
• Plan workload for yourself and direct reports with clear progress updates.
• Ensure analyses are accurate, relevant and clearly communicated.
