Job summary

Ageas UK is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst (Analytics) to turn complex data into actionable insights that shape pricing decisions. You will join the Pricing Transformation team in a period of growth following strategic acquisitions, unifying data from heritage businesses and building consolidated dashboards for the pricing function.

Qualifications

Experience in analytics with UK motor and home insurance markets.
Strong numeracy; degree-level education.
Proficient in Tableau/Power BI; SQL; Python is a plus.
Knowledge of Radar and Emblem packages.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve Tableau and Databricks estate for trading performance and analysis.
Develop dashboards with Pricing squads for regular use.
Maintain data sources behind dashboards; ensure accuracy and freshness.
Explore new analytics techniques, automated alerting and AI practices.
Communicate findings clearly and manage workload within the team.
