Job summary

Royal Mail is welcoming applications for flexible Post Person with Driving roles across the United Kingdom. You will drive a Royal Mail van on your round, deliver letters and parcels, and walk parts of your route as needed to complete deliveries safely and accurately.

Responsibilities include handing election materials and certain items per company standards, with shifts varying by time of day. The position is outdoor, active, and values reliability and community service.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Physically fit to walk 20,000 steps daily and lift up to 16 kg.
• Flexible and able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as a Royal Mail delivery driver.
• Drive the route and occasionally walk to complete sections.
• Ensure secure, accurate deliveries and handle election materials per standards.
