Job summary

Royal Mail is hiring flexible Post Person with Driving roles. You will drive a Royal Mail van across your delivery area and deliver letters and parcels, often walking parts of your route to complete deliveries. Pass a driving assessment on start and maintain high standards of safety and customer service.

Shifts vary with a commitment to outdoor work and staying active; full-time or part-time opportunities may arise depending on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and handle items weighing up to 16 kg.
• Shifts can vary; you must be a team player who adapts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your round, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Drive a Royal Mail van as part of your route and assist with on-foot deliveries as needed.
• Represent Royal Mail in the community with a friendly, professional attitude.
