Pembrokeshire Direct Payments is seeking a caring Personal Assistant to support a client in Pembrokeshire with their care needs. The role, funded through the Direct Payments scheme, enables the client to manage their own support and stay independent.

The successful candidate will be friendly, flexible and capable of helping the client make decisions, maintain daily routines, and participate in social activities in the community.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care, including washing and toileting, to the employer.
• Encourage independence and support decision-making in daily care.
• Assist with social activities and community engagement.
• Support shopping and participation in activities of interest.
• Develop independent living skills and companionship at home.
• Ensure the employer's safety during working hours.
• Report safeguarding concerns and contact GP or Social Worker when needed.
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by the employer.
