Qualifications

• Autism awareness or experience helpful.
• Flexible, compassionate and patient approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage in activities aligned with the young man’s interests (swimming, cinema, outdoor activities).
• Support participation in community activities and encourage confidence building.
• Offer one-to-one support, monitor emotional wellbeing and safety.
• Assist with meals and snacks as needed.
• Maintain safety during working hours and be aware of hazards.
