N Family Club in Hove, East Sussex, is seeking a Flexi Kitchen Assistant to support our Chef in running the nursery kitchen and delivering healthy, varied meals for children.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cooking fresh and inspiring food for children in the nursery.
• Pot-wash for the nursery and ensure crockery and equipment are cleaned and sterilised.
• Follow nutritionist-designed recipes to provide vitamins and nutrients.
• Cater for dietary needs of different age groups, following guidelines.
• Adhere to allergies and dietary requirements, preventing cross-contamination.
• Prepare daily lunch and smoothie for the nursery team, accommodating dietary needs.
• Complete kitchen paperwork daily, including a Due Diligence Diary and Cleaning Schedule.
• Manage weekly food orders and stock rotation, ensuring efficient supply.
• Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy.
