Join N Family Club's Camberwell nursery as a Flexi Kitchen Assistant, supporting our Chef in a state-of-the-art kitchen that serves nutritious meals to our nursery children.

You will follow nutritionist-designed recipes, handle pot wash, support dietary needs, manage stock, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen to achieve a 5-star hygiene standard while building strong relationships with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Good knowledge of food allergens and child nutrition
• Ideally Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification or willing to complete during onboarding
• Passion for food and nutrition

Responsabilités

• Assist with cooking fresh and inspiring food for our children
• Pot‑wash and sanitise crockery and equipment
• Follow nutritionist-designed recipes to ensure vitamins and nutrients
• Cater to dietary needs and allergies of different age groups
• Manage kitchen paperwork and daily cleaning schedule
• Order food supplies and rotate stock
• Cover and lead the kitchen in the chef's absence
• Build relations with nursery team, children and parents
