Job summary

Aster Group in Dorset is seeking a proactive Housing Officer to deliver an effective landlord service and build communities our customers are proud to live in. You will manage tenancy and estate matters, handle enquiries and breaches, and develop action plans including enforcement of tenancy conditions.

You will conduct neighbourhood inspections, coordinate repairs with colleagues, and respond flexibly to unplanned situations.

Qualifications

• Experience in tenancy and estate management is essential.
• Ability to handle tenancy enquiries and breaches.
• Knowledge of housing practice and legislation.
• Willingness to travel within Dorset region.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy and estate matters with a risk-based approach.
• Respond to tenancy enquiries and breaches; create action plans.
