Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to support our 24‑hour‑per‑week operations across our UK sites. You’ll handle painting, electrical, joinery and plumbing tasks with a practical, hands‑on approach and pride in maintaining high hotel standards.

Good communication and organisation are essential, and previous hotel experience is an advantage. The role is on a flexible, part‑time basis with opportunities for growth and internal progression within Harbour Hotels.

Qualifications

• Confident in carrying out a range of basic maintenance tasks.
• Experience in a hotel or similar environment is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and a hands‑on approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing tasks.
• Maintain high standards of hotel upkeep and presentation.
• Be an effective communicator and well organised to respond quickly when required.
