Job summary
Harbour Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to join our luxury portfolio. You will perform basic maintenance across our hotels, including painting, decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing, while ensuring safety standards and clear communication with contractors and suppliers.
We value attention to detail and organisational skills, with prior leisure-industry exposure (spas/pools) considered a plus; benefits include progression opportunities and staff discounts across Harbour Hotels
Qualifications
- Basic maintenance skills including painting, decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing.
- Keen eye for detail and effective communicator.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Organised and able to liaise with outsourced contractors and suppliers.
- Experience in leisure environments (spas/pools) desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance across hotel properties including painting, decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing.
- Liaise directly with outsourced contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Assist with spa and pool areas maintenance when required.
