Aster Group is seeking a Home Move Coordinator to support customers relocating within our operating region. You will manage a caseload, coordinate moves, and liaise with authorities and contractors to ensure smooth transitions and positive outcomes.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, empathy, and building strong relationships with residents across diverse needs, requiring driving and field presence across communities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing roles within housing or asset management is preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across audiences.
• Experience supporting customers including those with complex needs and vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of safeguarding and customer vulnerability considerations.
• Proficiency with IT tools and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the moving journey.
• Build trusted relationships with residents and keep them informed and supported.
• Develop personalised move plans and decant packages tailored to each customer.
• Arrange accommodation, removals and practical support for smooth moves.
• Collaborate with Housing, Development, Communications, Maintenance and Asset Teams.
• Liaise with local authorities, housing providers, and contractors for housing solutions.
• Manage complex/high-profile cases balancing customer needs with timescales and budgets.
• Lead meetings with contractors to track progress and resolve issues.
• Identify risks and protect customer outcomes and organisational reputation.
• Maintain accurate records and manage payments per audit requirements.
