Job summary

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a Space Planning & Moves Coordinator to support workplace planning, office reconfiguration and relocation activities within a UK client portfolio. The role focuses on space planning design using AutoCAD and coordinating office moves and related projects.

The candidate will build strong relationships with stakeholders, project managers, contractors and vendors, working primarily from home with regular office attendance to deliver varied, rewarding projects

Qualifications

• Demonstrable CAD experience with AutoCAD.
• Proven office space planning and workplace rearrangement experience.
• Experience coordinating move management projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and contractor management.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations relating to office design.
• Experience with financial tracking and presenting cost information.
• Excellent communication, time management and reporting.
• Full UK driving licence for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver space planning rearrangements using CAD.
• Plan and implement move projects and move layout designs.
• Manage day-to-day office moves, workspace reconfigurations and furniture requests.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and project managers to understand upcoming works.
• Schedule works to provide best value for the client and customer.
• Maintain the moves tracker and ensure project information is up to date.
• Raise and track purchase orders prior to works.
• Liaise with delivery managers, contractors and vendors, ensuring completion documents are filed.
• Attend weekly coordination and scheduling meetings, provide workload updates.
• Review and approve e-permits, access permits and RAMS for small works.
• Monitor workloads and report utilisation.
• Generate maintenance and service requests linked to move activities.
• Support MAC process management and ensure processes are maintained in live system.
