Jobtrain is recruiting for an Outreach Support Worker in the Greater Glasgow area. The role offers contracts for 30, 25 and 18 hours per week and involves helping individuals live independently, build confidence and participate in local activities.

You'll work to enable people to manage daily tasks, access the community and pursue personal interests, with shifts across early mornings to evenings, seven days a week. A rewarding role supporting community wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Healthcare Support: assist with healthcare needs, medication administration and personal care.
• Promoting Independence: follow person-centred plans to help goals and daily living.
• Record Keeping: maintain accurate records of support and activities.
• Collaborative Working: liaise with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals.
