Job summary

Key is recruiting a Support Worker in Gourock, Scotland, offering Full Time and Part Time contracts up to 30 hours per week. You will provide dedicated, person-centred support to adults with varying needs, helping them live as independently as possible, with dignity and choice.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service.
• Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.
• A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
