Real Life Options is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals in the Southside of Glasgow. The role includes personal care, medication support, cooking and daily tasks, with day and night shifts available on a 30-hour contract.

You will work as part of a friendly team, provide practical and emotional support, maintain records, and help clients engage with the local community while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work day and night shifts as required.
• Enhanced PVG check; support for application process.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care, medication, cooking and household tasks.
• Encourage community involvement and promote independence.
• Assist with health care appointments and records.
• Record support provided clearly and accurately.
