Responsibilities

• Healthcare Support - Assist with healthcare needs, including medication administration and personal care, ensuring individuals receive safe and respectful support.
• Promoting Independence - Support individuals to achieve their goals by following person-centred Support Plans tailored to their needs, aspirations, and preferences.
• Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of support provided, daily activities, and progress towards outcomes.
• Collaborative Working - Work closely with colleagues, families, healthcare professionals, and the individuals we support to deliver high‑quality, consistent care.
