Job summary

Castle Education is seeking an Advanced Learning Support Practitioner for flexible supply across primary schools in Malton and surrounding areas. You could support EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering pre-planned lessons and leading activities with opportunities for 1:1 and small-group support.

Qualifications

• Experienced HLTA or higher level teaching assistant welcomed.
• Background across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 is advantageous.
• Ability to support pupils with diverse needs and adapt to school environments.

Responsibilities

• Support classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with pre-planned lessons.
• Lead whole class learning activities and small-group work.
• Provide targeted 1:1 support for pupils needing extra help.
• Assist with classroom management and create an inclusive learning environment.
• Work across primary schools in Malton and surrounding areas.
