Job summary

Castle Education is seeking an Advanced Learning Support Practitioner for flexible supply across primary schools in Malton and surrounding areas. You could support EYFS, KS1 and KS2, delivering pre-planned lessons and leading activities with opportunities for 1:1 and small-group support.

Ideal candidates are experienced HLTA or TA professionals who want choose-your-days work, with weekly PAYE pay and holiday pay included. Applications welcome via [e-mail].

Qualifications

Advanced Learning Support Practitioner

Malton | £95–£130 per day | Flexible Supply

Are you an experienced HLTA, Higher Level Teaching Assistant or experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a flexible new opportunity in Malton? Castle Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Advanced Learning Support Practitioners to work across primary schools in Malton and the surrounding areas, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Whether you are looking for regular work, a few days each week or occasional supply around your existing commitments, we can offer the flexibility to choose when you work.

The Role

As an Advanced Learning Support Practitioner, you could be:

• Supporting classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Delivering pre planned lessons
• Leading whole class learning and activities
• Supporting pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
• Providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs
• Helping with classroom management
• Supporting pupils to develop confidence and independence
• Working alongside teachers and wider school staff
• Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
