Qualifications

• Confident speaking to members of the public.
• Able to work independently in various locations.
• Comfortable in public-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey.
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses.
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience.
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall).
