You’ll work flexible, part-time shifts, paid per shift, with typical earnings and opportunities for additional work based on demand. Free bus travel is provided, and you’ll engage with riders in a public-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking to members of the public.
• Full driving licence required.
• Flexible, part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey.
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses.
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience.
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall).
