Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a Field Market Research Interviewer to travel locally and conduct short passenger surveys on bus routes, stops, and stations across the UK.

Shifts are paid per shift, typically around 2 per week, with flexible, part-time hours and free travel on the services you survey. You’ll work independently in public spaces, reporting findings and helping improve public transport experiences.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking to members of the public.
• Comfortable working independently in different locations.
• Must have a full driving licence and access to a car.
• Flexible, part-time fieldwork opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall)
