Job summary

Ipsos is looking for a Field Market Research Interviewer to work across routes, stops or stations in the local area. You’ll be equipped with a tablet, survey materials and ID to carry out surveys with bus passengers and help improve public transport across the UK.

Shifts are paid per shift and typically around 2 shifts per week, offering flexible, part-time work with free travel on the surveyed bus services and opportunities for additional work and performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Confidently approach members of the public to invite survey participation.
• Be comfortable working independently across different locations.
• Hold a full driving licence and have access to a car when needed.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey.
• Ask structured questions and accurately record responses.
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience.
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall).
