Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a Field Market Research Interviewer to roam local areas across the UK, interviewing passengers on buses and stations to help improve public transport. You will receive a tablet and survey materials to carry out your work confidently.

Shifts are per route, typically around 2 shifts per week, with flexible, part-time hours and free travel on the surveyed bus services. You should be comfortable speaking to the public, work independently in different locations, and have a full

Qualifications

• Confidence speaking to members of the public while surveying.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey.
• Ask a set of structured questions and accurately record responses.
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience.
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall).
