Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a Field Market Research Interviewer to engage passengers on local bus routes and stations across the UK. You’ll be equipped with a tablet and survey materials to conduct concise interviews on shifts that focus on specific routes, stops, or stations.

Expect to work independently, with flexibility, and typically around 2 shifts per week. You’ll receive free bus travel on services surveyed and there are opportunities for additional work and earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking to members of the public.
• Able to work independently in public locations.
• Available to travel locally by bus or car.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey.
• Ask structured questions and accurately record responses.
• Capture feedback on their journey and experience.
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall).
