Qualifications

• Confidently approach members of the public and conduct brief surveys.

• Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car (if needed).
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting routes and part-time hours.
• Comfort with engaging customers and recording responses accurately.

Responsibilities

• Approach passengers and invite them to take part in a short survey.
• Ask structured questions and accurately record responses.
• Capture feedback on journey and experience for transport insights.
• Occasionally count passenger numbers (footfall) when required.
