Job summary

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a District Nursing Staff Nurse (Band 5) to join the Hadrian Health Centre team in Wallsend. Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients in the community.
• Provide ongoing care and support to patients with terminal illness and their families, including bereavement support.
• Carry out nursing procedures such as venepuncture, injections, wound care, and catheterisation.
