Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. You’ll be the face of the service in your community, delivering letters and parcels by van and on foot.

Pay varies by shift, with rates from £13.69 to £16.44 per hour depending on start time. Shifts are flexible and can be arranged to fit around other commitments. This role suits active people who enjoy being outdoors and serving the public.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Physically able to walk 20,000 steps per day and carry up to 16 kg.
• Willingness to work shifts on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot in the local area.
• Ensure items are delivered securely and on time, including election materials where required.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers in the community.
