Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. You’ll be the face of the service, delivering letters and parcels across your local area, combining driving with walking portions of your route to ensure timely delivery.

Shifts vary and pay rates depend on the time of day. A full UK driving licence with up to six points is required, along with the physical ability to walk long distances and lift mailbags up to 16 kg.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk long distances and handle a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Adaptable to varying shifts and team-based work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your delivery route with driving and walking.
• Respect safety standards and deliver election materials where required.
