Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers in Greater London. You will drive a Royal Mail van, deliver mail and parcels, and be the face of the service in your community.

Walk up to 20,000 steps daily, handle bags up to 16 kg, and adapt to varying shift patterns. Driving assessment required on start; roles offer varied days with competitive pay and a role you can be proud of.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk long distances and handle a mailbag up to 16 kg.
• Shifts vary; candidates must be adaptable to changes at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your delivery area.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and deliver items securely, including election materials as required.
• Provide reliable, friendly customer service in the community.
