Job summary

Royal Mail is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers.

As a Post Person with Driving, you'll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels along your round, walking up to 20,000 steps a day and handling a mailbag up to 16kg.

Shifts vary and you must be flexible to adapt at short notice; a driving assessment is required when you start.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; must be flexible and able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your delivery area.
• Drive a Royal Mail van on your round.
• Provide excellent service come rain or shine.
