Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers to join our mail delivery network in the Greater London area. You will drive a Royal Mail van and deliver letters and parcels, while walking parts of your route to complete deliveries on foot.

You'll need a full, manual UK driving licence (max 6 points), be physically fit to walk up to 20,000 steps daily, and be able to work shifts that vary. Angard staffing will provide the schedule and rate information on application.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot, in your community.
• Ensure secure delivery and handle election materials per standards.
• Provide exceptional service and represent Royal Mail locally.
