Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. As a Post Person with Driving, you' ll deliver letters and parcels across your area, using a van and walking where needed.

You will need a full UK driving licence with up to 6 points, good physical fitness to walk long distances and lift up to 16 kg, and flexible availability for varying shifts. Angard staffing provides shift rates shown below.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, so we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels along your route, on foot and by van.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure items reach destination safely.
• Securely deliver all items on your route, including materials where required.
