Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers across the UK. You will deliver letters and parcels, drive a Royal Mail van, and walk parts of your route daily.

You'll need a full, manual UK driving licence with up to six points, be physically fit to walk up to 20,000 steps a day, and handle mailbags up to 16 kg. Shifts vary, and a driving assessment is required at start.

Pay rates are set by shift, and Angard staffing will provide pay details during application.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of the van, and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels in your community.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and complete route tasks on foot.
• Ensure safe, secure delivery of all items on your route.
