Job summary

Royal Mail is hiring flexible Post Person with Driving to deliver letters and parcels in your local community. You will drive a Royal Mail van and often walk parts of your route to complete deliveries.

The role requires a full, manual UK driving licence (max 6 points), physical fitness to walk 20,000 steps daily, and willingness to work varied shifts with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts vary and require team flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels on your route, driving a Royal Mail van and walking parts of the route.
• Provide friendly, reliable service to customers in your community.
• Ensure items are delivered securely and in line with Royal Mail standards.
• Pass a driving assessment at start and work flexible shifts as required.
