Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. This role combines community service with active daily work, delivering letters and parcels across your round in your local area.

You will drive a Royal Mail van and spend substantial time on foot, while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. Pass a driving assessment on start, with shifts varying by time of day.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels along your round and act as the face of Royal Mail in your community.
• Handle and deliver election materials and other items in line with Royal Mail standards.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and stay active throughout shifts to provide reliable service.
