Job summary

Royal Mail is recruiting flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers through Angard Recruitment. You will deliver letters and parcels around your local area, combining van routes with on-foot delivery, and represent the service in the community.

You will need a full manual UK driving licence (max 6 points), be physically fit to walk 20,000 steps a day and lift up to 16 kg. Shifts vary, offering part-time and flexible hours to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to walk up to 20,000 steps per day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot within your route.
• Deliver election materials and sensitive items in line with standards.
• Provide excellent service and uphold safety on every delivery.
