Job summary

Angard Recruitment, on behalf of Royal Mail, seeks flexible, temporary postal delivery drivers in Greater London. You will deliver letters and parcels, often on foot, while driving a Royal Mail van to complete routes in your community.

The role requires a full, manual UK driving licence, the fitness to walk long distances, and flexible shifts. Pay rates vary by shift and include Day, Dawn, Early, Evening, and Night slots.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of the van regularly, and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; must be able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels along your delivery route, on foot and by van.
• Securely deliver all items, including election materials and restricted items, in line with Royal Mail standards.
