Job summary

Angard Recruitment, on behalf of Royal Mail, invites applications for flexible (temporary) postal delivery driver roles in Greater London. You will deliver letters and parcels by driving a Royal Mail van and walking parts of your route, representing the service in the community.

The role emphasizes reliability, customer service, and physical activity, with shifts that vary by day. Training is provided, and a driving assessment is required at start.

Qualifications

• Hold a full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be able to walk long distances and carry bags up to 16 kg.
• Be adaptable to varying shifts and work at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your round, driving and walking as needed.
• Safely deliver all items on your route and handle election materials where required.
• Pass a driving assessment before starting and work flexibly across shifts.
