Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Flexible Administrator/Crisis Worker for The Casa Suite SARC in Hull. You will be the first point of contact for service users, provide administration and advocacy, and support the forensic process within a 12-hour-per-week role.

Location-based role with shifts 9am–9pm across 12 hours weekly, enabling compassionate support for victims of sexual assault and collaboration with Police, NHS and social services.

Qualifications

• Good IT skills.
• Experience in a supportive or customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of Safeguarding Children and Adults.
• Knowledge of Confidentiality.
• Experience completing administrative duties.
• Female-only role under Sex Discrimination Act.

Responsibilities

• 1st point of contact for service users.
• Admin and support process for service users and their families visiting the centre, including preparing the patient and collecting forensic evidence.
• Support the SARC Manager with day-to-day running of the centre.
• Maintain high DNA anti-contamination standards between forensic cases (cleaning).
• Assist patients and liaise with other agencies regarding the service user pathway.
• Assist with preparation, service user support and advocacy during their time at the SARC.
• Liaise with Police, NHSE, ISVA and Social services.
• Be a key player within the SARC team and wider company network.
