Tameside Hospital is seeking an ATR Tracker to monitor and update the ATR PTL, track outpatient test results from request to outcome, and ensure accurate data entry within the Patient Administration System. You will prepare reports, maintain databases, and liaise with clinicians and hospital departments to support timely patient care and pathway monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Track outpatient test results from request to outcome following clinical review.
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely data is recorded on the Patient Administration System and other Trust systems.
• Liaise with clinicians and hospital departments to support timely patient care.
• Communicate patient progress through a pathway regularly and effectively to clinicians and managers.
• Assist in training of new ATR Trackers.
