Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a focused MDT administrator and Pathway Tracker to join the Vascular Surgery team. The role involves managing 18 week patient pathways, validating and improving data quality, and ensuring patients have timely appointments within their pathway.

You will coordinate with colleagues, support MDT discussions with complete information, and ensure outcomes are communicated and acted on.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning complex processes and data analysis is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Confidence communicating with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track and navigate 18 week patient pathways and report at meetings.
• Validate, amend and improve data quality for pathways from referral to completion.
• Ensure timely appointments within patient pathways to meet waiting time targets.
• Liaise and coordinate with colleagues in patient management.
• Manage MDT and ensure correct patients are added to the list for discussion.
• Ensure imaging and external reports are available for MDT discussions.
• Send MDT outcomes to relevant colleagues and follow up actions.
