Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a proactive Rental Operations professional to manage the operational and administrative tasks for Ayvens Flex. You will maximize customer experience and product performance, working with the Commercial team to support bookings and queries while ensuring SLAs are met across the fleet.

A strong admin background and fleet knowledge are essential. Based in Milton Keynes, the role requires a valid UK driving license, robust communication in English, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience in a rental operational environment.
• Experience in a direct customer facing role.
• Valid UK Driving License.
• Demonstrates a track record of administration, customer service and fleet management.
• Good commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience of analysis and reporting.
• Experience in delivering high levels of customer service & problem resolution.
• Experience of working in a team environment while able to work independently.
• Fluent in business English (written and spoken).
• Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Ayvens Flex operational and administrational tasks.
• Responsible for maximizing customer experience and product performance for Ayvens Flex interactions.
• Work as a team member to cover all aspects of the Ayvens Flex team’s work as needed to promote and manage the product.
• Responsible for the response to incoming bookings and requests for Ayvens Flex vehicles working to Ayvens Flex response SLAs.
• Manage customer enquiries and queries to find solutions within Ayvens Flex product boundaries including in-life incidents.
• Responsible for managing customer credit applications, account set ups, and payment set ups as required for Ayvens Flex.
• Arrange for collection of vehicles in line with off-hire SLAs.
• Ensure correct booking details, quality standards for vehicle deliveries and customer interactions for Ayvens Flex.
• Support account managers and CS teams by acting as product subject matter expert to promote understanding and performance of product.
• All aspects of fleet administration covered to support performance of Ayvens Flex.
