Ayvens is seeking a proactive Rentals Operations professional to oversee the Ayvens Flex service. You will handle operational and administrative tasks, coordinate with the Commercial team, and help maximize customer experience and product performance for Ayvens Flex interactions.

You will work as part of a team to cover all aspects of the Ayvens Flex operations, respond to bookings and requests within SLAs, and manage customer enquiries to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles.

Rental Operations incorporates operational management of the Flexible short-term rental channel alongside management of third-party rental provision to Ayvens customers (predominantly Corporate non-regulated customers).

Working in conjunction with the Commercial team there is also shared responsibility of proposition and influence within sales areas.
