Fish Brothers (Swindon) Limited is expanding and seeking a Vehicle Preparation Controller at our Fleet Centre in Swindon. You will schedule work for Technicians across Toyota, Kia, Omoda, Jaecoo, Chery and Lepas, coordinating with Sales and admin to keep the workshop flowing smoothly.

You will book jobs in our data systems, print and allocate job cards, issue Number Plates, and invoice completed work. Experience as a Service Advisor or Sales Controller is preferred; knowledge of Drive and Google

Qualifications

• Knowledge of scheduling work for a technical workshop is essential.
• Experience with automotive service flow and job cards is advantageous.
• Ability to liaise with multiple departments to coordinate servicing.

Responsabilités

• Schedule Sales work for Technicians at Fleet Centre across multiple brands.
• Book work into internal systems, print and allocate job cards.
• Create and issue Number Plates and invoice completed work; handle warranty work.
