Job summary

Fish Brothers Fleet Centre is seeking a Vehicle Preparation Controller to manage scheduling for Technicians across multiple brands at our Fleet Centre. You will liaise with sales departments for Toyota, Kia, Omoda, Jaecoo, Chery and Lepas, book work in our systems, print and allocate job cards, create Number Plates and invoice completed work.

You will also handle warranty invoicing when required and oversee 3-4 Technicians.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Drive and Google Sheets would be advantageous.
• Previous Service Advisor or Sales Controller experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Sales work for Technicians at the Fleet Centre across Toyota, Kia, Omoda & Jaecoo, Chery and Lepas.
• Book work into internal data management systems and print/allocate job cards.
• Create and issue Number Plates and invoice all completed work.
• Create, issue and invoice warranty work when required on new vehicles.
• Manage 3-4 Technicians across the brands mentioned.
