Stoneacre Motor Group is recruiting a Fleet Vehicle Sales Administrator to join a fast-growing UK motor group. You will support vehicle administration and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy environment, reporting to the branch Accountant and coordinating with Accounts, Service and Parts teams.

Qualifications

• Previous sales administration experience within the automotive industry would be helpful but administrative experience in another environment will be considered as full training can be given.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• You will be computer literate, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Bring both new and used vehicles into stock maintaining the records.
• Raise vehicle invoices for retail, fleet, trade and inter branch sales.
• Prepare and complete all relevant paperwork.
• Support the sales department in daily controls.
• Work efficiently with the Accounts, Service and Parts department.
• Monitor admin reports regularly.
• Maintain and process v5 documents.
• Complete a monthly vehicle stock check.
• Maintain a professional manner and ensure prompt delivery of vehicles.
• Communicate effectively to deliver premium customer service.
